Current Features

And Future Plans

Everything on this website was generated with the system, in some iteration or another. It's built from scratch, no frameworks, no libraries (except JQuery), and no dependencies with exception of payment processing.
If this is your first time here, you can not get to the main site madhatsmuse.com. It is an old url I haven't used yet, and it redirects to a generic construction page, as this is the live demo, a controlled environment, and not its final home. Mostly because I haven't named it yet. madhatsmuse.com/home will get you there, or any directory on the front end. Very secure, I know.

  • Post Podcasts (done)
  • auto generating RSS (done)
  • auto generating sitemap (done)
  • Site Content Sharing (done)
  • Scheduled Content Release
  • Advanced moderation
  • Word filter: This is entirely optional, google, facebook, youtube, all have blacklists csv text files that can be downloaded. They are quite extensive, overkill even, and kind of hilarious.
  • A ban Hammer(done)
  • Roles (done)
  • ToolTips (done)
  • Payment Processing (done)
  • Drag and drop page editor (in progress, desktop only)
  • The entire goal of this project is to have to be able to set up a feature complete site capable of deploying any kind of content, a store, or just a static site without it looking like just another WordPress site or one of the million generic site builders out there. So besides the modules for content, which can be customized, custom elements can be used, as well as a library of animations and effects, with the ability to add more.
  • Installable package (Waiting for everything else)
PWA (Progressive Web App): (base finished, service worker in progress)
PWAs allow for quick deployment of what is basically an app. This feature is optional like the rest. They do have some problems, especially with touchscreens, viewports, and the experience depends on the browser it runs on. They allow for bypassing native development, and app stores, but there are ways to package them for deployment, results may vary. Not every web application is a good fit for PWAs but for this purpose it has been fine.

Beta:

Once everything is all put together, I will run a closed beta to work out bugs and stress test. A new website will be built for the community to report bugs, suggest features and contribute.
